Hi, I’m Vannessa (aka Ness), a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant with a passion for helping women restore their gut health and feel more balanced in their bodies again—especially during perimenopause.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve struggled with digestive issues and anxiety. Even as a child, I dealt with chro nic constipation, unexplained stomach aches, bloating, and panic attacks that came out of nowhere. In my late teens and early twenties, those symptoms became even more frequent and disruptive. I spent years trying to find the right solution with multiple doctor visits and tests with little to no improvement, eventually I just learned to live with it.

Looking back, I wish I had known how deeply the gut and brain are connected. If I had understood how my digestion was influencing my mood and vice versa, I could have made sense of my symptoms and found relief so much sooner


Then, in my early 40s, everything intensified. As I entered perimenopause, my digestion became more unpredictable, food sensitivities flared, and bloating became a constant. Things that once felt manageable suddenly felt out of control. I didn’t know what to do next.

That experience pushed me to dive deeper into holistic nutrition and go back to school, not just for myself but to support other women like YOU who feel confused and frustrated by their bodies too.

Today, I combine my personal journey with professional training to offer practical, compassionate support for women in this season of life. Because I’ve been where you are.
